Culinary Recipes

Hemp Seed Kale Salad
- One bunch of Kale (any variety)
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon fine ground Himalayan Salt
- One Avocado, diced
- Hemp Oil
- Hemp Seeds
Dry the kale and peel the leaves off from the thick, fibrous stem. (You can discard the stems or save them for juicing with other vegetables and fruits for a delicious drink.)
In a large bowl, sprinkle the salt over the kale and 'massage' it with your hands. This will 'cook' the kale down into a bright, nutritious, softer consistency. It is important to make sure the kale is as dry as possible, and do this step before adding the other ingredients. Use the amount of desired salt to taste.
Add the avocado and drizzle with desired amount of Hemp Oil. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and enjoy!
Optional Embellishments: - Diced Red Pepper
- Braggs Liquid Aminos
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Enjoy!

Home Spa Hemp Massage
There are many benefits to massage; increased circulation, deep relaxation, muscle pain relief, and so much more. Many are on a tight budget these days and can't afford massage as often as they'd like... but even so, you can enjoy this sumptuous nutritious treat for your skin, hair, nails, and scalp.
You will need:
- A few tablespoons of pure, organic Hemp Seed Oil
- Comfortable clothes and a few towels that you don't mind getting oily
- A warm shower
Simply massage the hemp seed oil into your skin, beginning with your extremities (feet and hands.) Massage the oil liberally towards your heart.
Finish off by massaging a tablespoon of the oil into your scalp, working down towards the ends of your hair. This is easiest if you disperse the oil in the palms of your hands, and massage your scalp with one hand on top and the other beneath by the nape of your neck.
Cozy up in your favorite comfy clothes that you don't mind getting a bit oily. You can put your hair up with a clip, or wrap it up tightly with a towel to keep your head warm.
If you can, rest and relax for at least 20 minutes or longer. I recommend an hour of enjoyment, sipping hot tea, chatting on the phone with a friend, listening to your favorite music, or simply enjoying the silence.
Finish off your home-spa hemp treatment with a warm shower, using a gentle shampoo and light conditioner to remove the excess oil from your hair.
Optional Embellishments:- Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to make this an aromatherapy massage
- Use the hemp oil scalp massage followed by a Body Salt Scrub made with hemp oil.
Enjoy!
