Homemade facials can be sweet, simple, and easy yet highly effective. Honey is known for its ability to fight infections, aid tissue healing, reduce inflammation and scarring, and its energizing qualities. Revitalize with this sweet, uplifting facial mask.
For this recipe you will need a few table spoons of raw, organic honey.
Rinse your face with warm water, or use a facial steam to open the pores.
Gently smear a layer of raw, organic honey on your face.
Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse in cool water to close the pores.
Honey Oatmeal Mask
The vitalizing and rejuvenating properties of honey combined with the exfoliating activity of oats, your face will feel fresh and renewed after this delicious facial recipe!
For this recipe you will need a glass bowl and mixing utensil.
Combine:
3 Tablespoons of raw, organic honey
and 1 Tablespoon of oat flour. (If needed, blend a small handful of oats in a coffee grinder to make the oat flour.)
Mix ingredients and gently massage onto face.
Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse in luke warm or cool water.
Chocolate Facial Mask

1/3 Cup cocoa powder 1/4 Cup honey 1 Tablespoon heavy cream 2 teaspoons oat flour (you can grind oats in a coffee grinder)
Mix the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Gently massage onto face to exfoliate and moisturize. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

1/2 Avocado, mashed 1/4 Cup Honey, raw and organic 5 drops Carrot Seed essential oil
