Sea Kelp is high in minerals and iodine, which is especially good for healthy thyroid function, women's reproductive organs, healthy skin, hair, and nails, balances the metabolic rate which in return prevents excess storage of fat, anti-cancer properties, increased energy, and detoxification.

It is an excellent ingredient to include in bodycare recipes. It's trace minerals, vitamins, and essential amino acids are naturally occurring and in an organic form that the body can easily absorb through the skin.

Miso Sea Kelp Soup
  • One Tablespoon of Organic Red Miso
  • 12 oz of hot water (almost boiling)
  • One to Two Tablespoons of Organic SeaKelp
Additional Embellishments:
  • Sliced green onion

  • Tamari Sauce
