Add two cups of powdered milk,(while the tub is filling) or
6 cups of fresh milk of your choice.
For extra decadence, add a small splash of Heavy Cream (yes, the kind used to make whipping cream and delicious coffee drinks!) This will add extra creaminess to the water and boost the skin softening benefits.
Soak for 20 minutes or more for best results.
Milk and Aromatherapy Bath
The same recipe as above, but this time add your favorite essential oil(s).
You will need a small glass container for mixing the oils.
One Tablespoon Almond Oil or Coconut Oil
5 to 10 drops of essential oil of your choice.
(lavender, rose, cinnamon, vanilla, or ylang-ylang are good essential oils to use with a milk bath. Avoid acidic citrus oils, as they are likely to curdle the milk and create unpleasant aromas!)
Mix the essential oils with the carrier oil (almond oil) and add to the water.

Enjoy the health benefits of chocolate with this velvety recipe!
Following the Basic recipe listed above,
Add to the powdered milk:
1/4 Cup of powdered Cocoa 2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
